They know about it and why they are working on a new system.
Personally I'd rather wait for the release to be in a working state than it be thrown out there because of the complaints. A non working new system could be just as bad if not worse than we have now.

I was going to ask how it could possibly get worse, then I remembered that time when the mid-chapter first dropped and a bunch of people were being thrown to the wrong server. I'll take current rainbow ranks for longer if it means I'm at least matched with killers on the same continent.

it didn't matter, they're going to completely avoid solving the issues just to introduce an entire different system.

But moving the topic up in priority might cause them to reroute resources, and that might achive that.
Also, as long as i suffer from broken matches, i open threads on the topic.
And of course its the n+1th thread about it, because its broken for some time now, which indicates it didnt have a high priority so far.
