The new Survivor perks all counter Killer Perks

Repressed Alliance is totally just meant to counter Pop Goes the Weasel. It's basically Pop Goes the Nope

Soul Guard is clearly meant to counter No ED. It's basically Hex: Unbreakable + Borrowed Time

Blood Pact is clearly meant to counter Nurse's Calling, Dark Devotion and Deathbound. It's basically Nurse's Running Away.

Kind of a weird take on Survivor Perks. They're not really stand alone but rather meta anti-perks.

well youd think all those super strong killer perks with really no counter for years, youd think "hmmm maybe there has to be some counter" its not like you cant counter the counter?, the survivor perks only last for seconds, and with the noed counter perk, screw your noed man, like totally balanced and fair :D "oh yeah lets complain that the new survivor ahs decent perks when we have noed and ruin and devour hope oh my god so bad" like fr man get over it, we have had no counter to these for so long its not even funny and its about time we do, so get over it, the devs have been listening to killers for like a year, removing infinites, spacing out tiles and making less pallet loops in every map, so would you like to rephrase your comment?

Can't they all do just fine without those perks?

The Entity Block one (Repressed Alliance) kinda sucks without pop or ruin in play.

But the Obsession perk (Blood Pact) is a quirky version of Aftercare/Empathy. The speed boost after the heal can be good to counter some perks (i.e. Nurses), but its also just a time saver and aura perk.

The anti-No ED perk (Soul Guard) gives you endurance every time you get picked up (doesn't need to be a hex in play) or healed which can be really good in slugging scenarios. Imagine using unbreakable with soul guard to get up in the killer's face and tank a hit.

Blood Pact is an Obsession Perk. There's not a lot of competition. Killers aren't picking up Decisive anymore, but you still need an Obsession to scare them from tunneling. Having off brand Aftercare is more reliably helpful than perks like Mettle, For the People, Sole Survivor and Object

Discordance doesn't counter nurses since the killer can still see the guy who doesn't have it.

Some killera are worried about this new gen blocking perk for survivors, dont be, I'm sure the most use that comes out of that perk is survivors trolling each other with it lol I can already see myself starting a gen and some little buttholes coming along to block it 😂

Yeah I picked that up to.

Respressed Alliance and especially Soul Guard could be a wee bit irritating.
