Is it possible to get the Merciless victory as the Executioner ( aka Pyromid Head) at red ranks?

I played several hours as him and got almost 30k, the Gatekeeper & the Devout embels with Iridescent quality but "Malicious" was gold and "Chaser" was silver/gold for maximum.

Someone got the Merciless victory at red ranks?

  From the known issues section of the PTB patch notes (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/194-4-0-0-ptb):

  "The Executioner: Malicious Emblem points are not being awarded when sacrificing Survivors in a Cage of Atonement."

  
  

  So it's currently not applying properly for Malicious.
