I don't understand why I can't get good/helpful teammates in solo

So many games where my teammates just farm each other, sandbag me, go down quickly, not do a single gen, etc. Why can't I get good teammates for once that actually want to play the game and help me with the objective>?

This is why I SWF a lot, not to be toxic like many killer mains assume, but because I want to play with people that can actually get stuff done.

    I only play DbD to do the daily rituals, and this happens a LOT to me, I always bring Kindred while doing survivors' ritual. But good god, none of my teammates seems to care. I always go to struggling phase on 1st hook or even died on first hook. Which is crazy how bad my teammates were. There are even some that still self caring on last gen and that person got adrenaline. HOW STUPID! They are purple and red rank, there is way too many people getting boosted to this red rank and I hate how bad they played the game.
