Sanity Check - Server Collision Checking
I know the devs can't disclose any dates, but who is excited to see if the server checking for hits is going to be in the new chapter?
Are we feeling confident or worried of what will change?

Having just played against a killer with atrocious ping that was the cause of my being downed more than once, I’m cautiously hopeful on the survivor side.
I have good ping and connect to a nearby server so I’m not too worried about the killer side personally, but I feel like there will be a lot of complaints about stolen hits and general weirdness once it rolls out. Who’s taking bets for which killer power breaks first?

I am thinking maybe the plagues as it misses quite a bit with the servers already. If each "blob" going to call the server check? hha

I think that it works more like a series from an automatic weapon but I might be wrong.

eh this is already in the game, they just want to improve it.

Its a blanket nerf to every killer's lunge according to their ping. Anything over 100ms will be unplayable, even more so with the already broken aim dressing. And Deathslinger, Huntress, and to some extend Nurse will become a guessing game.
Its going to great.

I am sure it will have it's issues when it comes out but I hope with time they can get it accurate. It would make the game feel a lot more skillful when we get more accurate hits. :)
But there must be some benefit to having it otherwise I don't think they would add it to the game
