Clown does he need a buff?
Clown needs a buff!!! he can't catch survivors :( he's kinda weak at loops :(

The Deathslinger is in a good position and is in no need of a buff or a nerf.
Oni is an interesting killer to me. Personally I struggle to learn him as I'm so used to Hillbilly, and despite their similarities, they're completely different. Personally he's not as good as Hillbilly, although don't take my word for it. Many would disagree with me.
Clown I can't awnser yet. Hes received a recent buff which is extremely helpful, so it could be enough to balance him.
I'd say The Shape is A tier. Not sure where on it though.

Clown needs a buff. His potion just slows down survivors and partially "blinds" them. I think the dbd community would appreciate if they added another affect to the potion like maybe the hallucinations/fake pallets or something like that.

Chains of hate bad killer needs a buff:( what makes him bad?
Although Slinger is a character I play a ton, but overall he's on the weaker side. Although his chase is quite good, it's still map dependent and ping reliant. If somebodies laggy, then either you're getting shots you shouldn't, or your shot will phase through survivors. Neither are particularly fair, and both happen at least once a game in my experience.
Out of chase he is a mess. A 3/4 man swf with comms, or god forbid OoO, can completely screw over a Slinger. Due to his lack of mobility and his slower speed, he relies greatly on stealth. Strip that away from him and he's just a slow, tall, man with an above average chase.
Edit: Since he's an engineer he could possibly hear generators an extra 8 meters away, and while within hearing radius he can tell the completion by it's aura color. Repair noises could also be heard an extra 8 to 16 meters as well. It doesn't help him in chase, but also band-aids his poor map pressure somewhat.

Slinger: he's aight if you're good with your shots, otherwise he can be a mess. I'd say he needs some kinda buff, but nothing major. he does rely a bit on add-ons I've found
Oni: a good player will do very well with him, but he does have a weak early game until you have the chance to hit 1 or 2 people. overall very powerful. that's all I have to say.
Clown. b a d. no pressure, kinda useless power, and can still be looped into oblivion. he needs something else to his potions. as they stand they don't do a whole lot. I'd say add an extra effect when they are hit directly, but not something abusable like his redheads pinky add-on. he's the worst killer in the roster, because although legion is in a bad spot, they're at least situationally good. clown is bad all around.
edit: forgot shape oops. anyway, Shape is a solid A or B tier. he's certainly strong, and can wipe out careless teams quite fast. however, his chase isn't the best, hence why often people will pop it when right behind someone. to conserve time and avoid wasting it on 3 loops. he also suffers from the stalk limit, because once one is drained it becomes harder to take them out. overall he's in a good place and is not at all add-on reliant, but I'd say GhostFace is the better stealth killer.

Name others why you like em and why is he fun? Also explain why he needs a nerf or a buff if any.
The Doctor, map control is always fun, since it puts you in the driver's seat & all the salt you get from playing is amazing. If i'd say anything about him needs a change, as a Doc main, his late game slugging is, pretty gross, so just let survs in Madness 3 able to pick up downed survs.
