Here's a weird thought I had, what would happen if you activated an EMP near The Doctor? I don't know exactly how EMPs work but don't they fry electronics? Would The Doctor loose his power? Or would he just become a hunk of flesh?

    I think he would pass out and would take a loooooong time to recover, the only thing that keeps him alive is the eletricity.

    But I don't know if he still has his human side.
