Object of Obsession doesn't work on Ghost face?
I can't see his aura when he uses his power. Strange if it was intended to not work on him.

It used to work but it what broken so they changed that. That perk doesn't work with any killer that have the undetectable status like myer tier 1 and piggy while crouching.

It works as intendent. If GF uses his power, you can't see him with OoO. In the past you could, but with change made for stealth killers you can't do that anymore

You cannot see any Killer who has the Undetectable Status Effect.
That includes Pig (Stealth Mode), Wraith (Cloaked), Myers (Tier 1), and Ghostface (Nightshroud).
You're still able to tell which direction the Killer is coming from when the perk lights up, but they also see your aura, so you have to be careful of that.

That is intended. Many killers gain the "undetectable" status effect when using perks or powers (such as Ghostface's Night Shroud or the perk Tinkerer). This removes the terror radius, red stain, and blocks all aura reading perks on the survivor's side.
Object can still be useful however; you'll know the killer is on screen whenever the perk lights up (in the bottom right) and paired with spine chill you'll know if the killer is looking at you, allowing a swift getaway.

Since Ghostface can cancel his terror radius using his power he gains the "Undetectable" status which hides his aura from all aura reading perks including Object of Obsession. However the perk icon will still light up when you look into the Undetectable killer's direction. The Undetectable killer can still see your aura, though.
