What is the current meta for spirit? Build suggestions please!

I have tried to branch out to other killers I haven't played before, and I am interested in learning the spirit. Many of the build recommendations I have found were before her nerf. What would recommend running on her these days? What addons do you enjoy? Thanks!

    bbq, whispers, sloppy, stridor with recharge add ons

    What @BumBumOReily said for the most part. I'd say Whispers, BBQ, and Corrupt Intervention can be interchangable.

    Stridor really is a perk you should run 100% of the time on Spirit. Being able to hear injured survivors is just all that much more powerful.

    BBQ, Sloppy, Pop, Stridor is what works best for me.
