xD gonna be so annoying:/0

You won’t see any Claudette’s. At least not in game4

Well that'll certainly be one less thing for certain whiny killer mains to complain about on here. The only real question is which survivor will they use as an excuse next? 😜

Eh that map actually is decent for spotting Claudettes. There are a few clear lanes that usually generate letting you two see each other's silhouettes if you are far enough apart. Then there's the fact that Claudette's hair sticks out of the fog. Finally, due to the presence of bamboo there is less cover that Claudette can make good use of. All in all, you should be able to spot most stealth Claudettes.0

Bruh you think Claudette’s finna be a problem on that map? The new Etika-looking Surv can wear that grey trench coat and crouch in a rocky area with his back to the Killer and literally look exactly like a rock. He’ll be literally hiding in plain sight. You’ll see him dead on and think nothing of it.

Even with the Brightness turned up 20 percent in the Nvidia control panel, I was having issues seeing people on that map during the PTB. But that may change in time - I used to have that problem with Macmillian Estate as well.

Just annoying every time they come out with a new map, I have to memorize another set of “usual P3 Claudette natural habitats.”
Actually as a Claudette/Meg main I have no issues for the most aprt finding Claudette's, it's the Fengs with dark outfits. The P3 Legacy players and the Quentin P3's since they blend in better than Claudette.

I usually just patrol camp any P3 wearing Claudette.
it reeks of tryhard... so I'll camp hard

Though, I’m a console player so that doesn’t help. FPS drops in corn are a disaster, and being a Nurse Main I get “Corn Blindness” and can’t see a damn thing. Then when playing other Killers, god forbid you get Bloodlust in the corn and get the FPS drops on every single Bloodlust. Makes me want to break my controller... though I’m ranting here about console optimization. My bad.
Yeah, Claudette is the hardest to see, but to me that’s simply an issue with Killers that don’t have eyesight that is highly attuned to movement. That or they don’t notice detail. I guess my real life job as a Tool and Die Machinist comes into play a lot with this game. I’ve memorized the maps so well, that my eye for detail can just tell when something is “off”. It just doesn’t look right... and surprise! That rock looks weird cause it’s not a rock, but a P3 Claudette hunkered down.
As for movement... that’s all on eye coordination, of which thanks to my years of MMORPG, Dark Souls, and Bloodborne playtime, I have that in abundance. The smallest twitch, or movement in those games tells you what move the enemy will make, so pay attention... so paying attention to movement in DBD is a walk in he park in comparison.
Sorry, I’m rambling here. I guess what I’m trying to say is that when it comes down to it, Killers just need to train their eyes and reflexes better. It’s not easy, but you can do it. As for “where they are hiding” play attention to detail, I know it’s a race against the clock for Killers, but sometimes you need to stand still, and take a moment to really look.Post edited by SovererignKing on1 -
Sounds interesting just one question please tell me they got rid of the stupid to loop you for hours spots in that map I mean if you drop a pallet I dont mind but when you loop me and not even try to drop it in pissed off and I leave for a new target only to be tbagged for not wanting to waste time0
