you always have blindness staus effect but when blind can see hooked survivor when a pallet stuns the killer the killer is blind (like when blinded witha flashlight) for 2/3/4 seconds this can only be done every 140/120/100 seconds and only once per chase >:)

To be fair I think this would work fine without the survivor blindness effect.
As it's dependent on the killer taking a pallet stun and with the cool-down, the balance is ok.
It would work well with carry-saves when you drop the pallet, as it would give both survivors a chance to flee.
You could call it 'Splinter In Your Eye' 😉
