Is DS the strongest perk in the game?

This perk is the only perk that frustrates me more than Decisive Strike. At least with Decisive Strike, I can play around it somewhat (slugging, eating the stun early in the game). But with Object of Obsession, there's often nothing or very little I can do to stop the survivor from gaining information on me and relaying it to their teammates, short of running Blindness debuffs. It also makes Trapper and Hag almost unplayable, which is unacceptable to me; a perk shouldn't render a setup killer's hard work completely moot (this also applies to Maps revealing traps).
Decisive Strike only needs minor QOL tweaks to be in a healthy spot, in my opinion. But Object of Obsession is simply too strong when used in a SWF. I think it needs a complete rework.

@Timeman63 the problem with OoO isnt necessarily the perk itself. Its the perk when used with the absolute strongest perk in the game, voice comms. A solo Object user is ok as you will always know where that player is and should you be able to create dead zones you can time it right when to go after them.
It is a strong perk, but not broken until you add voice comms.
I do however wish it worked more like getting a noise notification in the general area rather than aura. That would solve all the problems I think.

I don't get the obsession with DS that some killers have, i never had bigger problems with it. Except you down someone with active DS at the open exit, then you can't play around it - outplayed i guess.
Dead Hard is far more "OP" for me and costs me a lot of matches if survivors use it to gain distance to reach another loop. Such a time-waster. Another 20 seconds in a chase can cost you some gens. If you're sure they have DS, just slug. It forces them off gens.

The problem i have with DS and DH (i think they both are right about top tier because DH is reusable and DS kills momentum) is that it is a momentum killer. At first 5 seconds isnt too bad, but bear this in mind, one person has been slugged for a little bit, just got the second person, you pick them up at 59 seconds. You get stunned for 5 seconds. This is what can happen in that 5 seconds (refering to survivors as a b c and d)
1. Survivor A (just having used DS) used his medkit with syringe to heal to full health and bolt off.
2. Survivor B (having been in a generator) picks up survivor C (been slugged for a while)
3. Survivor D now finishes a gen, killer sees everyones auras (a good ways away from him)
4 Killer finishes animation. With 3 survivors at full health and one injured being healed. The killer could have done nothing in this situation because survivor B was the obsession (with DS)
Thats just 1 scenario out of several The Killers have to put up with every single game. Id the game still winnable absolutley, but we are now essentially starting over. This is stressing people out and its one of the biggest contributors to new players leaving
