I'm not exactly sure what you can do here. Your only chance of proving that your not in the wrong is some how being able to prove that your friend gave you this PC. Otherwise I'm not sure if they can do anything for you.

Well how could i ? He didnt give me like a recipt. At max i can show the recipt of the retailer that he got it from.

I can make a video like asking him" Did you give me a computer as a gift?"

I guess it is impossible to prove. Your friend messed up.

Looking at your steam account it was created just today, which seems a little... odd.

What I'm assuming has happened is you were banned on main, thought you could get away with using an alt account and ended up being banned likely due to a HWID ban.

Yea it was created today because I mainly play on epic game store because they give free games

also you sure you didn't buy this account ? seems really fishy

No I didn't buy it and I meant to give him the username of the epic games account not the full password.

I will show you the receipt of the dbd key and anything else you want. So you can see that I'm not lying. (not the bassword BTW ;)

They wont unban you. The hardware of that PC is flagged as a cheater and all accounts that you're going to login with this hardware will be banned.

Just imagine this: someone hacked the game, got banned and now pretends to be the new owner of that PC. It's almost impossible for BHVR to actually know if that story is legit or not. He could just say that he bought it and want to play again (circumnventing the ban).

yea that's kinda true. But if they need information literally any information i whould give it to them because this game is "balls to the wall".And like i sayd i can record him and me asking if he did gived it to me as proof that im the new owner

If it is a hwid ban, you can Invest some dosh to buy different hardware so id changes. You will still need a new dbd account though.

Cheating sucks and deserve to be punished as hard as possible. I dont believe your story btw. But that is because cheaters usually lie a lot.

    No mercy for cheaters.

i disagree with cheaters too trust me.(i dont have enufgh doe to buy a new pc)

Trust me i played fortnite when every one had cheat codes.IT SUCKED ASS.

    Evrone had aimbot or wallhack.

You Have the right to not belive it.I totally understand that it sounds dumb/shaidy but thats the story.

We don't discuss bans on the forum as you said you've contacted Support - so it's just a matter of waiting for them to reply to you.
