There is no current info about an ETA on a Trapper update. Though you can expect those kind of killer buffs in the first dedicated balance update around September.

They promised to buff Bing Boy, and some other killers, but as you can see, they even have problems with releasing good killers.

There have been ideas thrown around and the devs have talked about them. Some of them are better add-ons, longer disarm time, etc. There was also some talk about skillchecks to disarming and failing one would make the trap go off and injure you.

Those sound like some pretty nice buffs. I also think his base trap setting time should be buffed and some of his addons like trapper bag be incorporated into his basekit. Really hope he gets some love. Poor boi has gotten the ######### end of the stick for a long time.
