This doesn’t happen often

Does anyone get matches once in a while where the killer is afk half of the match.Until the one of very last generators is being worked on then the killer decides to join and starts killing?.When it does happen I still practice being stealthy does anyone else?.All four of us escaped but I was just curious how often it happens.

    Sort of. I've seen more killers do some spinning thing where they'll just stand in the middle of a map and spin in circles while gens fly by. Then once gens are done, they continue doing nothing or its full on noed a go-go time.

    I did get into a 3 gen situation on saloon with one other survivor last night. The killer gave up on patrolling pretending to be afk, shockingly became not afk while i was on gen, then i looped him for 2min..

    Of course last survivor did last gen during this time ya? Nah, just waited for hatch. I got 1 hooked but as i died, the killer downed her haha. Grats on the 4k gg!

    I see it with survivors and with killers where they'll be AFK for half a match before they come back and play. I assume it's people who start searching for a match and then for some reason wander away.

    I did get a super salty message from a survivor once when I killed him while he was AFK. If you don't want to get killed while AFK, don't go AFK :D

    Yeah I'll typically give the AFK survivor a chance to come back, however once the crows start bombing me with notifications I am going to kill you.

    You're kinder than I am then cause I'll usually hook them once as "punishment" for AFK (and I'll leave the survivors alone going to unhook them) but after that I leave them alone.

    At least until the crows show up because that constant notification is hella annoying.

    I got up to get a drink while I was waiting on a match the other day. The doorbell rang and I ended up being a few minutes talking to my neighbor. Completely forgot I had been waiting on a match. Walked back a few minutes later to find there was one other survivor other than myself still alive I was standing near a gate and the final generator had just popped. I opened the gate, and we both escaped.

    I actually got a message after the match from the killer telling me that was the best fake out he'd ever had in the game. I didn't tell him it wasn't intentional.
