Is this Cheating?
One of my friends on steam payed someone to get on his account and this person game him P3 on all survivors (even ones he didn't own) all teachable perks in an hour. Now hes paying 15$ again to get all the cosmetics in game. I keep telling him to stop and that hes going to get banned but IDK if he will for sure. can someone tell me? P.S im adding a pic of his inv that he sent me
