Are there achievements with this Chapter (16)?

So, chapter 16 has released on all platforms. Great! I have been aiming for the adept for Pyramid head. After trying a lot, I eventually got a merciless... but no achievement... Then I checked the xbox achievements... and none of the silent hill achievements (if there are any) are there. No adept Cheryl, No adept PH...
Is this intentional or a bug?

Same, I also got cheryl adept and map gen achievement. Xbox

I thought there were no achievements at first but I was just because Xbox hadn’t added the achievements yet they should be there now
