Anyone playing on 21:9 ? HUD looks bigger now

So before the silent hill patch came out i usually play in 21:9 (3440x1440) with super zoomed FOV but thats not an issue for me since the HUD looks super nice and small in game or lobbies, but today when i updated and opened up the game the whole HUD looks bigger now and it feels like i'm playing on a 1080p monitor, not sure if its cause by the patch or anything, i never had any issues with my HUD on the previous patched, i tried changing the resolutions on the game config files but no luck so far, and the patch notes does not seems to mention any changes to HUD, resolution, or anything, any ideas ? 😶
