The sheet music on Midwich Elementary School
There's sheet music scattered around near the music room in the new map. I played the song as best i could on an online website thing and I came up with
I don't recognize it personally but my friend said it sounded like the silent hill theme? Any input would be appreciated.

I think it's the refrain from Silent Hill 2, which has since been spliced into other songs in different Silent Hill games, like "Your Rain" from Silent Hill: The Room.
It starts around 0.23.
