Survivors teleporting 5 meters forward after being downed

Whenever i down a survivor,instead of staying in place they teleport like 3-5 meters away.This probably is a glitch that 90% of the time dosen't affect gameplay but sometimes they can be teleported right into a pallet.

What's your ping and theirs? They teleport (on your screen) to the location where they were on their screen the moment you downed them.
I'm pretty sure that's how it happens, currently.

My internet connection is very good and stable i usually have around 30-45 ms.I don't know if i can check their ping if i'm the killer

As what @PrettyFaceKate said, just to add on to it. They were most likely dedicated, it looks like on your screen it connects but on theirs it is far from connecting.
