The role of runner and the reallocation of BPs
So... I've read a lot of comments online and on this forum about the issue with a team's "runner", dedicated or not. Yesterday, I ran a Nurse (only level 8) and Bubba (level 5) for 5 gens and 4 gens, respectively; and I ended up with ~12.5k points -- max Boldness and some Objective, I'm guessing (didn't really look; I was, admittedly, a little discouraged). I opted for a 1-for-1 at the end of both trials and that was all she wrote (gate was opened and my teammates didn't have time for a save). Ya win some you lose some, right?
Have the devs mentioned anything about crediting the runner BPs for essentially allowing the team time to do objectives unhindered? Or are the devs of the mind that this role should be split-up equally between survivors? 'Cause that's tricky, especially when you're Solo-queing. And yeah, sometimes I get lucky and get a group of decent survivors, to the point where I don't have to get (and hold) the Killer's attention for most of the trial, but that's fairly rare.
Basekit would be ideal but I suppose it could even be a perk, although that wouldn't be nearly as beneficial, simply because it would essentially limit oneself to 3 useful perks (just like running WGLF does currently). If it has to be a perk, maybe something along these lines would suffice:
Perk: The Martyr
(universal perk)
You're eager to get things started and have no problem taking one for the team, as long as that means charging into battle with little to no regard for the consequences.
While being in an active chase with the Killer you also receive 15/20/25% of the points generated by other survivors during that time.

Honestly please i have run the killer so many times for so many gens yet end up with around 10k points and its so anoying to have happen.

I would say this is less a BP problem and more a matchmaking or map design problem.
You are not supposed to be able to run the killer for allmost the whole game. Either the killer didn't have the game knowledge to avoid that situation, which mean he was matched against survivors way above his skill level or bad map design enabled overly strong loops, making the killer's job unreasonably difficult. Probably a bit of both.
In any case, I don't think you should get rewarded with extra BP for dominating a less skilled player or taking advantage of bad map design.
