Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Pyramid Head is Too Weak

His projectile attack can be dodge by any somewhat competent survivor, his trenches can't be used to block objectives since survivors can just crouch over them, and his alternative hook ability doesn't even save that much time.

Sis has been out for 5-6 days. I agree he's hardly the best but waiting for people to learn to play optimally and learn to counter optimally is the best course of action.

I've said this before and I'll say it again; don't reflex nerf/buff and wait for people to learn. We saw what happened with old freddy and just cause I loved him doesn't mean he wasn't weak as #########.

His line attack is a bit too much downside compared to upside I agree..the rest of his kit is good enough as it is

"Ability to camp and tunnel suvivors"

That's not strong at all. Camping and tunneling can make the killer lose the game. While you tunnel a single survivor, the other three will do all gens and escape. Besides, Pyramid Head is not even good at that. To counter DS and BT he has to send a survivor to a cage on the other side of the map. The person can be rescued before he even arrives and then DS and BT won't even be needed.

Mori on death hook does nothing beside ignoring DS, and you can only do it if the survivor step in that really noticeable trail on the ground. Even they step on it, you can't mori the survivor if they just enter a locker while DS is active. If they came out of a cage, they will have no Torment anyway.

Pyramid head is weak. His ranged attack is really easy to dodge and his Rites of Judgement are easy to avoid. Sending people to cages save him time, but can save time for the survivors too, since the cage might spawn close to them and give an easy rescue. Also, marking the ground wastes a lot of his time too. In other words, his power counters itself and it's nearly useless. Pyramid Head, right now, is weaker than Clown. At least Clown's power is usefull for countering loops.

Hé isnt that weak, his power is a lot of the time a free hit when the survivor vaults a pallet or window. So the key with playing him is to hold down the power at every loop, if the survivor vaults great! hit Them with the power. If not release the power and hit Them with a normal attack.

The key of playing him is to know where every pallet and window is on the map so you know when you have to hold down the power.

The trails isnt that big of a deal, it is great to make the survivors torment for 1 time. And only use the cages on great circumstances. Other wise use the torment for the Mori.

I prefer to hook the survivors because pop and bbq are really great perks. If you prefer to use cages maybe ruin is good for gen slowdown, but i dont use it because mine ruin gets destroyed in 10 seconds of the match :(
