Most of the survivors don't have traits or characteristics attached to them aside from Claudette / meg primarily, and the baby dwights who are always hiding in lockers.

When I see a Kate I see exactly how she is described in the lore as a character, a "hopeful songbird"

I always liked her because in a way she symbolizes the exact opposite of what the realm of the entity is - a desperate and hopeless place of pain. In that way she seems almost out of place. I like her description that the lore provides:

"A ray of sunshine illuminated this cold and gray place  - a ray in the form of a woman. ... I got the feeling that to cross her would be a mistake. To remain so positive and upbeat in such a place would require a will of iron. Perhaps less a ray of sunshine then, but a bolt of lightning? So I guess that's what I always think of, personally.

Meg: Cute little dummies, I tend to let them go a bit more than others because they Pepega themselves so hard.

Claudette: ######### ghosted.

Jake: Sneaky little #########

Nea: Never stops moving, has shift button stuck in keyboard, always trying to show off.

Ace: Tries hard to show off....thinks he's invisible with a giant sparkly suite on....

Laurie: Always does stuff so her team can help her or she can help her team...damsel in distress syndrome usually in an SWF.

Tapp: Overly altruistic ruiner of dreams. Always trying to sacrifice himself for his team....but its obvious that he's baiting.

Quentin: Sneaky little ######### like Jake, but they lack the quietness.

Jeff: Always with an SWF, is an opportunistic asshat at times.

Adam: The male immersed version of Claudette, who will tend to bait the killer into chasing them to set up a trap with their SWF.

Feng Min: Usually over cocky, and will ditch their teams in a heartbeat.

David: Overly cocky, always trying to take a hit, and always TOUCHING MY ######### TOTEMS DAVID IF YOU DONT GET THE ######### OFF THAT RIGHT NOW!!

Bill: Sometimes I think this old man is on drugs, because he's always trying to negotiate with the killer or sitting there thinking you won't punch him in the face, and he's always there to save his team mate and then get hooked right after.

Dwight: Absolute ######### lost idiot. He's always somewhere he isn't supposed to be, and he's always making mistakes trying to be a hot shot. Useless idiot.

Steve: What a monkey. Constantly running into walls, is always around his team when he shouldn't be. Always the first to be downed.

Nancy: Equally dumb. Will instantly start running away even if you're not aware that they are there yet. Usually wants their team to come save them after they go down. WILL DITCH THE SAME TEAM IN AN INSTANT!

Jane: Absolute belligerent ape. Always trying to be fancy, always trying to point, or booty bounce at pallets, is mediocre at looping, and will often die almost instantly after attempting to save a team mate leading to a domino effect. Stay away from her she's bad luck.

Yui: I don't think she even knows that her life is on the line tbh. She usually stays immersed even though she WEARS NEON!!!

Cheryl: Narcissistic, but also fairly decent at running away. Usually solo people.

Just my experience, but Kates almost always have the flashy cosmetics and play cocky. I think many OG Nea players have moved to Kate lol. I'm just stereotyping here though.
