Pyramid Head power nerf?

I used to be able to use his power to hit both of the survivors when they go for an unsafe hook. Now it seems this does no damage to the person using borrowed time, but the borrowed time effect does get triggered for the person being saved.
This used to down the person who is injured and unsafely unhooking...
Sneak nerf? What happened?

I can still do that perfectly fine, you just need to time the hit perfectly
By the way, it happens WAAAAAY too often, are some survivors this dumb?

I used to hit it all the time perfectly I got the muscle memory down for the timing. I think this is a very recent nerf. Could you go in game and try it out for me? I just want to know I'm not going crazy.
