How much do you rely on self-healing?
The first Survivor I played was Nancy, so I fell in love with Inner Strength early on. Until recently, it was in virtually all of my builds. I know a lot of Survivor players also use self-healing like Med-Kits and Self-Care. So I'll just ask the question: How much do other Survivors rely on self-healing?
Currently, I've been experimenting with a combo of Blood Pact and Leader at Red Ranks. I get reliable heals and both those perks have some extra value outside of just getting me healing. Feels a bit more optimized, but who knows I might end up going back to Inner Strength sometimes too.

I never bring in items or self-heal perks, but I regularly get medkits from chests so it's not that bad... I guess not too much.

I tend to run IS or I bring a medkit. I like to bring pharmacy and farm green medkits so I have a perk slot for another match. I only use SC if I prestige someone and I don't have anything else.

I run Inner Strength all the time, so I rely on it heavily.
It's helped me be like an annoying cockroach to the killers because I'm also good at running and escaping them, so they're one-hitting me the entire match but never getting me down lol

I've abandoned SC at this point and really only use IS, bond, empathy or a medkit.

0% to be honest.
If No Mither didn't take up a perk slot I would run it every game because healing is a big waste of time in my book. Everytime killers get totally destroyed it's because people repaired gens even while injured and managed to have at least "ok-ish chases" before going down.
I also noticed it from the survivor side. Since I stopped healing entirely I consistently managed to pump out more generators (pretty quickly as well because I always run Resilience).
The killer can not be EVERYWHERE at the same time so as long as everyone is aggressively on gens at any possible moment survivors WILL win (if they don't go immediately due to being injured all game. Well, Sprint Burst is a thing so really there's always a way to not get downed instantly).

If I take something for healing myself, I usually take Pharmacy. It's a guaranteed heal AND I get to keep it if I escape, so I think it's pretty good, plus the healing is fast as well. Or I'll just take in a gold medkit with bandages and gloves/sponge.
Other than that, I enjoy using Iron Will and Dead Hard so I don't have to worry too much about healing. With those perks I'll play an entire match without getting healed, no problem!

I only really use second wind and med-kits. I usually don't rely on self healing perks, as I usually use aura reading perks to find my teammates.

Solo- it really depends on how fast the match is going. I might be more likely to heal if I think our odds of getting the gens done are low.
SWF- never unless I have a medkit. Very suboptimal to sacrifice a perk slot for a self heal if you know you'll have good teammates

Not very much, especially in solo queues where I know my teammates are going to spend more time hiding and self healing than working on objectives.

When i started i always used self care but now never use any healing perks. I only heal myself with medkits or let me heal from others.

Ive been over it for months. Dont bother much. If i do im running inner strength.

Honestly I normally run Iron Will so I only get healed when I stumble across teammates unless I have a medkit with me. I sometimes bring Inner Strength if the character doesn't have Iron Will or I'm doing a locker build.

If I want to be healed I bring aftercare, or Inner strenght for that matter

never, someone has to do objectives and it sure as hell wont be the 3 blendettes on my team lol

I literally leveled up Nancy to 40 just so I could get that sweet, sweet Inner Strength. I'm currently playing around with it and it'll probably be added to my build because it saves time relative to having someone else heal me and complements my playstyle (if I see a totem, that totem's going down). However, before Inner Strength, I had never used any self-healing perk. Apart from Adrenaline, which I don't want, they all seemed pretty lackluster.

None. I rely on Bond for the heals. If there isnt someone left to heal me, well, good luck to me :P

Typically I will use self care if I have no one around to hear me or if the person around to heal me probably has something better they could be doing.
What a lot of people don't realise is that time wise it's a lot more efficient to power through the gen then heal (best scenario) or to let the person do the gen whilst you self care and then it is to have them heal you then go on the gen.

I don’t bother with healing perks but I try to always have a medkit. It’s more efficient than almost every other healing option and it means I don’t have to rely on my teammates, but also don’t slow the team down too much. I only heal if I need to (people keep getting slugged, it’s a Spirit, the last gen just popped, etc.) and otherwise just play injured most of the time. If the match is going well and we have breathing room I’ll let people heal me though.

If I have a med kit, I'll use it on myself if it seems like the best option at the time. Bond does all the heavy lifting, though.

I bring a med kit in every match, and I run Bond so I can find a team mate to heal me if need be.

I bring a medkit for a guaranteed 1 heal if needed. And I am a DH ,iron will player so 0%
I can rely on it getting me to second stage while some rando self heals in the corner, pretty regularly, so there's that.

I run Self Care because I run solo and have zero faith in teammates being around to heal me. I also end up doing more objectives so it balances out. If I'm running optimal builds for a playstyle, I'll bring a med kit and or Pharmacy.

I use IS like 40% of the games, take it out if I have a medkit which I often do. But since I use Bond also IS is enough because I can find teammates to heal if IS is not active. For me healing and healing fast is important. Also good if I can save a locker heal for the EGC if i need it.

Unless I pick a Med-kit up out of a chest or a deceased Survivor, I don't heal myself.

That depends. I usually bring a medkit & equip inner strength, but if there’s a teammate near I’ll usually go to them so I can save the self healing for more dire situations. Like if a teammate is hooked in EGC, that leaves me with possibly two attempts to heal myself back up if I can’t get close enough.

I always run Inner Strength, combined with Iron Will so I can make a quick escape and have a heal ready. I'll usually let survivors heal me, but sometimes time is of the essence and a few seconds is a better choice over the killer seeing/hearing the sounds of healing.

Constantly in solo queue

I'd say I'm not that reliant on healing myself.
Inner Strength is a perk I do love running, but by no means am I dependent on it.

Perk wise not much aside from inner strength. I do sometimes like to run a suture, sponge, medkit with stakeout if I'm farming bp to heal myself and others. Easy way to cap three categories with that build. I do like to stay healthy, especially with how much Jeff I play.

I run Inner Strength a fair bit, and beyond that I also like just bringing simple brown medkits to have one emergency heal available no matter what.
As I tend to run Bond and Iron Will I usually don't have too much trouble getting myself healed up by others.

I typically run zero healing perks and just bring one of my bazillion doodoo brown medkits for the off chance I cant find a friend or a chest. So I guess every game I typically bring some form of self heal.
