Adrenaline and Being Caged
So why does adrenaline not work after getting saved from the cage? It activates when being unhooked so why not when released?
Edit: I’m not saying the cage is a hook or anything like that it was just a simple comparison of being trapped in some thing that you can’t get out of on your own for the most part. You get unhooked adrenaline kicks in, you get taken out of the cage it doesn’t kick in you’re trapped in both scenarios so it should trigger no matter what.

According to the description, it should save it until you are freed.

I believe it's a bug, it should activate once you're saved.

It must be a bug, the perk description says the effect of the perk is on hold if you are disabled, it doesn't say anything about a hook.

Neither is being on the killer's shoulder, but adrenaline works just fine there if you wiggle off.
Adrenaline is put on hold if you're in a "disabled state" and has nothing to do with hooks.
