No crowns on Haddonfield!
None, nada, whatever. Killer didn't see any, neither of us 4 survivors didn't see any, hooks were decorated tho.

Length shouldnt matter crows spawn in seconds of a survivor or killer being in the area

True but right now it seems most of the community isnt certain if it's a timed or random thing? I found 3 in a single match, for example.

So I've played 3 matches, 2 on autohaven and on autohaven I could find one almost every tile and in Haddonfield, there were 0, I must mention that Haddonfield was chosen with an offering.

They do spawn there. My friend and I played earlier and he found 2 spots. It just seems the locations are extremely random

I found one in that basement house where generators spawn. Not Stode house.

UPDATE: Played another match on Haddonfield, this time not chosen with offering and the crowns appeared, but I'm pretty sure there weren't any corwns in the first trial.

I couldn't find a crown on Haddonfield the entire game and I ran into every house. Then as I went to open the exit gate one was right across from it. They do spawn in Haddonfield. Midwich elementary was just as much of a nightmare though. It is ridiculous how hard they are to find in some maps.

I couldn't find one on Haddonfield earlier either, but my husband managed to. Same thing happened to a whole team on Midwich though, and I was informed someone's friend of a friend found one there. So idk, it's hard to say with maps that have a lot of structures.

I see them despawn occasionally. I'll be looking at one and it's gone the next second.

They appear, you're just unlucky. As only one appears at a time and it moves around by itself every so often there were likely times you or someone else were closing in on it and it disappeared.

I've seen one on Haddonfield. On some maps neither killer or survivor can find them and that is the problem with the RNG spawning, it doesn't seem to be programmed to spawn in the vicinity of a player, just random. This event has been less than enjoyable.
Having crowns rewarded on completion of gens and on certain hooks would have been better and would still have satisfied BHVRs need to keep the player addicted/constantly playing.

There are crown but they are really hard to find, I was in a match once where I was the only one that found one in Haddonfield. I just wish the crown on the pedestal had a light effect to make it more visible

Yeah, I've left one update earlier in which I stated that I find crowns on my 2nd Haddonfield game.
