How is it barely noticable? You go at 150% speed, more than a normal speed killer. And it's for 10 seconds, enough time to get distance between you both. It's extremely handy if you use it corectly.

Nope. It's a 7% MS increase. So you move at 4.28 M/S with the buff. for a 2.8 meter total advantage.
Still important, every meter counts after-all, but 150% would be busted.

No, the haste you get is 7 %. So instead of 100 % you're running at 107 %. It's still good for looping, but you're not moving at 150 %.

Oh, MB, I just assumed it was like Adrenaline's Haste effect. Guess it's just a more temp Hope effect.

Fair enough. It doesn't say in game what the haste magnitude is so it's not the worst assumption I've seen. But nope, hope effect.

Would've noticed if it was 150 %. But you are a bit faster. And the Wiki also says 7 %. Since Breakout and Hope make you 7 % faster I'll just assume the same goes for Blood Pact.

kinda nasty that haste is referred to 150% and %7 bonus also. new players might have a hard time understanding this effect. Could really use in the perk description to specify what type of haste you get.

I saw you commented on many posts regarding Blood pact and you keep saying the same thing, that the haste is pretty useless. If you adapt your playstyle to this perk's benefits it can be pretty nutty if you ask me. Not every perk can be as easy to activate as Sprint Burst that just requires you to run in order to activate it.
