I've tried verifying game files, I've reinstalled twice on to two different drives, I've tried running steam in administrator mode because someone said that would help, and I made sure my graphics card is up to date. None of it has helped in the slightest.

Intel core i5-3570k CPU @3.40GHz

NVIDA GeForce RTX 2080

16 GB RAM

Windows 7

I seriously need help with this. I've crashed so frequently and consistently that I've got a 6 hour match lock that just keeps going up because I can barely make it through a game without getting this exact crash report again again. I also notice that this game stutters a lot, especially when it is loading up.
