Can’t get Crown

I have successfully, with Claudette, escaped trials 4 TIMES with the crown (which surviving by itself can hard enough to do, even more so glowing gold and the killer trying to make sure you don’t escape to get the crown) and even get the bps for it but haven’t actually received it in my inventory. I don’t understannnnndddd!!!
