ADEPT PLAQUE
I have literally tried for hours and hours to get this achievement, and I’m ripping my hair out. Every single game has been ruthless killer. It’s always because of either the chaser or malicious emblems. One of them always ends up being gold, even with perfect games and farming matches. I genuinely need tips and tricks on how to do this one. She’s by far the hardest killer to get it on, and it’s my last achievement for the game. Please help.
I’ve watched Otz’s video and I still can’t manage to get it, to make it easier I would need to leave red ranks and go back to at least green, but that’ll take a while.

Really, avoid using your power. Infecting people means less chases and less hits. It sucks, and it's a massive design flaw of adept, but it's how it goes.
That or kill 2 people and slug the last 2 and let them heal each other up a few times to get extra hits then murder them. Sadly a good time for this is events where survivors are looking for someone who wants to cooperate.

Yes, the power is bad for emblems. Also don't do the adept on red ranks, in purple and green you need one emblem point less for a double pip, in yellow ranks you need 2 less. Don't know if you want to depip to green so you get down to yellow on reset, but just train her if you don't want to depip and wait for the adept until rank reset. Then you have at least 5 attempts with easier pipping

But, yeah, Plague is probably the hardest Killer to Adebt (especially in Red Ranks) since her power hurts her Emblem gains. Besides Nurse for most people, but that's a learning curve thing.
Of her perks; Infectious Fright is going to help you most to get emblems, Dark Devotion is basically doing nothing since it has no other perks to work with.

downrank till yellow ranks, then play a game without using your power, M1 pure action, at least 9 hooks and 4k. If gens go too fast slug everyone and hook them at last. pretty general advises, but plague is destroyed by the awful ranking system, because using her power means losing chase emblem, because you'll often one shot, and if survivors cleanse they'll subtract you points because they fully heal.
