Amazing killer, can compete with Hillbilly.

He is the scariest Killer in the game, even more than any stealth Killer. Oni is more like the "######### your pants" terror than the stalky type. Basically, he's the remake Jason of this game.
And also he's an amazing Killer.

As an Oni main, when you master him, you will destroy 90% of red ranks.

Pros:
- Kazan has one of the best tracking powers in the game, right behind Herman.
- Kazan has an instant down power
- Demon Dash has so much speed.
- Unlike Max, Kazan doesn't stop when he hits obstacles.
Cons:
- In the early game, Kazan is just a loopable, M1 Killer.
- The only issue with Kazan's tracking, and what keeps it behind Herman for me, is that it goes away when he has full power.
- You're not sneaking up on anyone with him. He's giant, loud and, with his power, glowing.
- There's a massive "I have my power" warning Survivors get when Kazan has full power.
Kazan is one of my favorites. He's a rare killer that is both fun AND effective. His only real issue is the early game.

I don't know if I'd put him up with Spirit, it could be hard to snowball if there are no survivors in Infectious range, and that could lose you the game.

These are fair points, While in Blood Fury, Oni has by far the best chase out of all the killers, but that's assuming that the Oni has his power. Good survivors will avoid giving him his power at all costs by pre-dropping every pallet and playing extremely safe, so that the Oni never gets a chance to use his power to begin with, and he won't have constantly have his power ready for the whole match. Spirit on the other hand always has her power, and usually has really short chases. And assuming sounds are miraculously working, she has more than injured noises to work with, such as footsteps, grass rustling, and breathing, so Iron Will isn't a big issue with good Spirits.
Also, if an Oni decides to activate Blood Fury after seeing someone on BBQ, the survivor is at least 40 meters away and have plenty of time to hide after hearing his roar. A useless power usage is devastating to the Oni since survivors will stop dropping blood during Blood Fury, and he obviously wastes all of the blood spent for that power usage. Survivors could also hide in a locker or behind a generator's aura to prevent them from seeing them on BBQ.

I wanted to choose "Woah" but I think hes a 9/10. Sometimes he's so impressive during his ability. The chase against a oni especially when you barely play against him is pretty impressive. He has a high potential but still has counterplay so he isn't a 10/10 and thats actually good. a 10/10 seems kinda op or extremely unfun to play against. (spirit, slinger, pyramid)
