Event is braindead easy for killers, but agonizing for survivor.
The fact killers simply have to finish match to get their crowns, while survivors such as myself have to endure several matches of camping, tunneling and being face camped to even just get one crown is absurd. These past two days I've faced the worst of the worst, going out of there way to be extremely campy, tunnely and toxic. I've barely made it out alive, which can be attributed to being lucky and finding the hatch. The only time I've had an easy game where I get out with a crown is against a rank 20 killer. imo this even is god awful and horrifically unbalanced in favor of the killers; then again, that's usually the case.

Which is why killer queue times have been increasing.
Most survivors are going killer for events. It's quite common.

I'm having fun with Anna right now. If someone brings gateau "They want tea party!" And she lets them farm with her. Otherwise she feels shy and hides.

What they were trying to do is not let survivors just kill themselves on the hook once they get the crown, I mean why are you complaining when our objective is to get out anyways. You have 2 weeks to get as many crowns as you want (as long as the glitch doesn't affect you) so you shouldn't be getting worked up over it. (its not even a good cosmetic anyways since the starter heads suck)

I have seen a lot of people, prior to this event, posting about how survivor-sided the game is, so maybe this is the devs' way of making it more killer-sided for a couple of weeks.

Personally for me I havent been finding the survivor crowns hard but that might just be me 🤷♂️

Its always good to have a challenge on the survivor side, as hard as it is on killer, might as well make it simple. And as easy as it is on survivor. then might as well make it sorta difficult.
If its becoming too difficult for you survivors, get some friends on, and stack. That kinda coordination will surely work.
