Is it just me or is doctor kinda WACKY

It may be because Im getting some really bad survivors but I always 4k with a max of one gen done. Is he really good or am I under the illusion that yellow/green ranks are able to play the game?

Yellow/Green Ranks...are not the best players on either side, admittedly.

How I miss playing against brown, yellow, and green ranks.

My question is how good is doctor, not whether or not bad players are bad

Doctor is a really strong Killer. If you like to play him, stick to him, he is good.

If he shows up and I don't have Calm Spirit, I've already accepted my defeat.

Doctor is a pretty good killer now. Without add-ons he's solid but with the right add-ons after the buff he's honestly broken. I'm glad there's not a lot of people who use that certain combination of add-ons because they are expensive to run constantly, but man if they did...

Doctor lacks mobility and there's a tell when he shocks. The only busted thing about doctor are discipline addons which should be nerfed to the ground like toolboxes were. With that said, he is a solid B+ tier killer at best unless you get the Game map. I'd probably put him in S tier on that map.

No instadowns, ranged attacks, map mobility, mapwide pressure, and negligible slowdown puts him in line with a killer like deathslinger who also has strong chase potential. There are some maps where I'd rather play Legion than doctor.

I was having some serious trouble on lerys thanks to all of the vaults. I had no charge time addons so I couldnt shock before they vaulted, and on top of that Ive played like 4 doc games so far so I barely have the radius down. You would think that lerys would be his best map but either Im bad or windows are kinda good.

Lery's is one of the best designed inside maps. I feel like it's one of those maps that's either debilitating for bad survivors or extremely good If a survivor is well versed in being able to use and abuse window vaults as well as the safer pallets on that map.

Unless you really know the design of the map, you can't really prevent a window vault with Doc's shock all the time since windows are just everywhere. However, you can prevent them from revaulting or using a pallet that's near that vault. If they also run to one of the many unsafe pallets on that map, then it's a free hit, especially if they drop it early.

Traversing that map from one side to the other is also difficult due to all of the obstacles which gives survivors time to do gens. I think in your case, 4 games is not enough to make you a good at any killer and windows are always amazing if used correctly. Doctor isn't a cheap killer w/o discipline addons and you're probably getting survivors whose skill level is lower than yours.

Most of the doctors I've played do not know how to shock properly making it quite easy for me to go against as survivor.

Very strong with some slowdown and good chases. The tracking is probably his strongest feature though, especially giving survivors red stains. Corn blindness be gone!

He's strong, but as far as the whole "illusion" thing, that could also have something to do with your results.
