From the looks of the first screen, it would appear as though you disconnected from the game, either intentionally or otherwise, which would incur a temporary restriction on playing again.

Notice how two Survivors don't have an escape icon, but they also don't have a dead icon or a disconnect icon.

@TAG true that is weird, that feels more like a bug than a disconnect, doesn't disconnecting remove all of your BP?

That's the problem, they were dead and a message saying that someone disconnects appeared.
