Survivor get Flashlights and Medkits on events. Killers get nothing!
so why not adding something like Weapon effect? thats the only thing i could think of right now.
Bloody weapons, glowing weapons etc
they should also get something.

They already have it much easier to get the event cosmetics.

Just saying but over all the events survivors always get things like I have a good bunch of firecrackers but the reason I think they get them is because well it is hard to get. You not only have to hope to find these items but then hope your team does not suck enough for you to escape with it. If killers got items as you want how would it be made fair for killers to be just given something when survivors have to work to even keep these small items?
PS I am not saying you are wrong at all but just pointing out that killers normally don't get any items because the only real things they could get would be a cosmetic which is even more rare then a item and would be easy to get like crowns for killers currently.

Because they'd have to do that for every base weapon (or every weapon) for every unlicensed killer. Meanwhile the Medkits and Flashlights are just pretty reskins of 2 items.
I mean it'd be nice, but too much work.

How about a creative and helpful new killer power addon for all killers.

That would require rebalancing the game with those new powers in game with every update. Mind you they already have to make sure every perk combination on every character on every map is balanced so we don't end up with extremely unfair matches.
