in my opinion i think legion Bubba (add on rework) hillbilly (add on rework) Wraith ( bone clapper add on base kit) and piggy

Trapper needs to be reworked so that he doesn't have to pick his power up off the floor, Legion needs a power that actually does something, and Cannibal just needs a top-to-bottom redesign.

He needs to not have to pick up his power to begin with. Like, maybe you've hit on a good solution and it's a Huntress-style reload, but this crazy wind-up time he has is insane.

I think Bubba needs a complete rework. He's really not much fun to play normal,then you see most people just camp with him. Maybe some kind of speed increase for the chainsaw,or for him period. Or maybe just think up a different kind of power,I dunno.

Yeah, but if you could just go to a locker for a refresh instead of having to play a constant game of Where's Waldo, it would improve his efficiency a lot. Trapper has to take way too long to babysit his traps.

but the badest part about trapper right now is if you don't have a bag add on you have on less trap for the whole game

Clown, in my opinion. Bubba at least has an instadown and Legion can apply pressure. Clown is just painful to play.

Clown, Demo is completly fine but Clown is really really not great and should be changed in some way. As it is he becomes extreamly strong with addons but is very weak without them.

It's still the Clown. The change he got was not enough to fix the problems he had previously and it sucks because it was just starting to look like people were rallying behind fixing the Clown properly, but now with one rinky-dinky change (that certainly makes his gameplay more smooth, I won't lie) people are shifting their focus to other killers again.
Clown might be underrated as the devs claim, but not by much. He has glaring flaws that no amount of being "underrated" can fix, in his map pressure, in his tracking, in his mobility, there are a lot of things that could be done to make him better.
Please make the clown BETTER before moving on to other killers and reworks, he needs it and he deserves it.

Wraith/piggy
Wraith needs a complete rework, he is slow, don't apply pressure and its completely reliant on perks and add-ons.
Piggy's Tempered Timer needs to be deleted.

Demogorgon. he's a pay-to-lose character. ffs, he requires more setup than any other character, receives very little reward for it, and his setup is easily destroyed in seconds despite its massive time investment and cooldown.
It's really incredible, given how much the Stranger Things DLC was meant to bring in new players, that they would decide to make those character such a disappointment for people's first impression.

i came when demo came out and i think he is balanced killer the only problem is you need the right perks on him
Hag and Trapper both have longer setup times and his portals are really good with pop goes the weasel not only that he has 6 portals that are alot of portals plus if they waste time on portals you can just replace them they don't work on gens and that is always a plus his portals can also need to be activated first before people can destroy them they also give you info that is great if you have a hex perk so overall he is really good killer he is just needs the right perks.

This is also true, rebalancing doesn't just mean making him more viable but it also means making him more fun to play as and against. I like the Clown, I love the character, the lore, and I like the core concept of the gas bottles (he even has a cool nickname in the files / lore "The Medicine Man") but even I would be hard-pressed to deny that his gameplay is one dimensional. Which it very much is.
Introducing a secondary ability, such as the Fun-Time Gas Traps that I've mentioned in the past, or reworking the effects of the afterpiece tonic itself would go a long way to making the character more interesting and appealing to players beyond myself and the few others who play him.

Legion. Their power is boring and very punishing for being non-lethal. For most killers, it feels rewarding to use their powers (landing a ranged attack hit or catching someone in a trap or surprising someone), but Legion's power doesn't feel rewarding at all.

I dont think none of the killers need a rework except bubba but a lot of them need a few buffs like how trapper loses all map pressure to get a trap that spawned cross map at the first gen that was finished. He could do something like a 10s animation where he summons the trap to him instead of spending half a year to get there and back

Legion is annoying to play against but also frustrating to play when you inexplicably miss all your Frenzy stabs.
Give him a form-swapping power or maybe a can of spray paint that makes him tag the walls, and that offers benefits for him or debuffs for the Survivors when within a certain range, like a movement speed nerf for Survivors when they're in range of the spray paint.

all their powers are working fine, its just that some need buffs for their powers to be viable.

Both Billy and Bubba need their addon rework, since most of the addons, esp. with Bubba, are totally useless. The devs should already be working on that. Bubba could need some additional tweaks.
I highly disagree, I normally find it very chilling to play him. And I do NOT camp, but running from A to B chasing people as much as I can. Yes, he can be looped heavily, but to compensate for that, I can instadown them when they screw up. And of course, if the survivor play dumb and unhook in my face (or commit to an unhook after I spotted them), I will try to get the double down.
