Exhaustion Perks are required to play DBD

Every single one of the exhaustion perks buys you extra time in your chases. Doesn't even matter which one you're running if you know how to use it you'll make the Killer spend more time chasing you.

No perk in the game will give you the same amount of value as an exhaustion perk every chase. Not running one is setting yourself up for failure and harder games. Even low rank Survivors should practice running them to help them improve their chases. Hit one vault with Lithe and run straight into a dead zone with no pallets and it'll still take most Killers 6-10 extra seconds to down you.

i dont use one, and im still the one putting on the longer chases out of everyone. you can use exhaustion perks but if you dont know what youre doing or where youre going they arent a game changer, simply having skill and knowledge is enough to put on huge chases

I don't use Decisive or Kindred. But I'll grind points into new Survivors for an exhaustion perk before I even consider them to be playable

I'm doing just fine without them. It's fun to use them once in a while but they aren't mandatory.

I haven't run exhaustion perks in months. They are not needed. Most maps are littered with safe pallets.

I can play with a 60% survival rate without exhaustion perks. Just running Kindred/Spine Chills/Resilience/Small Game.

They're not required to play. But they can extend chases.

Low rank survivors should learn to play without exhaustion perks so they can learn to loop/chase properly without relying on them. Using them as a crutch is setting you up for failure.

I run lithe or balanced sometimes, but I usually go without any of them.

You can do fine without perks. Not required but extremely useful.

I escape often and I've never even used an exhaustion perk. I run stealth, awareness and survival perks.

I feel while not mandatory they are definitely extremely powerful perks that should be run if you want to succeed more consistently.

You can manage without them, but I usually have one exhaustion perk at all times. The longer I can hold a chase and give teammates time to complete gens, the better.

They're good but I wouldn't consider them necessary. It's like saying as killer you literally get mori'd by survivors for not using bbq. Most of the time I don't even have exhaustion since most of my survivors are unleveled lmao.

Yes, Exhaustion perks can help you out a lot in chases, but to say that you absolutely 100% need them is an exaggeration. It’s basically saying you need meta perks to win which you don’t. They only make the game easier for the person running them but you do not need them

Kindred has lots more value imo I feel naked without it.

    I play solo

Exhastion perks when used right buy you a few more loops at most. But most survivors I encounter will use them just to try get a slight bit more distance which never works out well. As Survivor myself, I never use them myself and I manage just fine.
