gimme nice perk loadout for doctor
Im using all of my best perks except brutal isnt that great. M&A was my choice prior to it but I swapped because M&A isnt too gameplay effective.
I also request any ideas for perks that are necessary on doctor.

If you know how to ignore the obsession try stbfl instead of brutal strength, it will make your life easier

I would swap either Nurse's or Brutal for STBFL.

I like to use Whispers, Distressing, Unnerving Presence, and Overcharge on Doc. That's been my go-to build for a long time.

Try ArchdruidDrey's build. He's a doc main and it seems to work really well. BBQ&Chili, Iron Maiden, STBFL, and Surge.

You would be suprised how many times Ive been able to use nurses, even against red ranks. I'll try brutal>stbfl

I dont have any dlc besides doctor so I dont have bbq, iron maiden, or surge

Oh Nurse's is still a great choice. My Wraith and Myers have gotten insane use out of it. I just think Stbfl will give you faster downs.

Yeah stbfl was pretty useful, mightve just been lucky the obsession was an immersed claudette

If you don't see the obsession for a while you can really wreck people with that perk. Once you have tier 3 it doesn't even matter if you come across the obsession.

Addons: disicipline/range.-
is my usual build sometimes i change BBQ for save the best for last wich another good perk for doc.

also I really wanted to be a sneaky (and/or spooky) doc using calm addons but I felt they would be too situational (but Im probably just bad)
also do you know if calm addons work with unnerving?

I’d swap nurses for STBFL. Brutal is better than you’re giving it credit since dropping pallets early is a doc counter.
also I think the electrode and discipline addons are his best

I'd say the comments have been pretty good here. Stick on STBFL instead of something there (my best thing being nurses but imo whispers isn't needed on him at all, you got your static blast for that or hopefully seeing someone, and after that you're free rolling with madness).
If you ever expand on DLC, my perk picks are PGTW, STBFL, Infectious Fright, and BBQ and Chili. In that order to get.

the only problem is you don’t have a gen stall perk. If you’re losing games too fast I’d probably consider keeping ruin over brutal. It’s not really the best on doc but you don’t have any of the meta gen stall perks.

I like Pop Goes the Weasel, Save the Best For Last, Whispers and BBQ + Chili.

Im getting mostly/all 4ks so idk, maybe the survivors Im playing against dont do gens.
