Quentin face rework?
Any news on that? Or, if the whole rights thing is still an issue, would it be possible to kind of work around it by giving him a legendary skin?
I know there’s more important stuff that needs fixing first. I’m just curious. They could at least give him a better face than what he has now lol.

You dont realize how satisfying it can be to have an ugly mug in your options. People who play and main Quentin are my favourites simply because they pick him for him having an ugly mug.
And to be fair, Freddy has an uglier face.

Lmao well I main Quentin. The only good part of the ANOES remake was Quentin. So I would just like to see him look a little closer to the character. That’s all.

They reworked Bill. I don't see why they can't rework Quentin. The actor gave permission. Doesn't the actor own his own appearance? Why do they need to get anyone else's approval?

The character Quentin Smith belongs to the owner of the NoES franchise, and the appearance as of now is not even based on the actor at all.
same way with Laurie and Tapp, this way it is easier because they only have to get the rights to use the character and only have to pay the license holder and not the actor/don’t even have to ask the actor.
i think they changed this approach with the Stranger Things chapter.

They are specially designed to look like the chars but not the actors. I think in Lauries case she is based on the Laurie from the Halloween comics.
the actor of Quentin didn’t even know the char was in this game.
at least now they are going for the ‚real‘ looks (Stranger Things, Ash vs Evil dead)

He found out a while ago though & asked them to make the character look like him. Regardless, I know there’s licensing issues. I was just curious if there was any progress or not with it. But yeah, I’m glad they’re going for the real looks too. Steve looks real legit.

I think on switch there is no Freddy so the Nightmare on Elm Street licence must be in a weird spot rn.
From what I gathered when this was news, Wes Craven got a hold of some of the rights, so changing/adding stuff its harder than before, I guess
