New midwich school map needs a rework
For both sides i guess.
Not so many accesses from ground zero to 1st roof. Survivors POV ; so many survs that dont be saved in time on hooks because others looking for stairs
This became one the 1st killer sided map, with deep forest variant of McMillan... congrats ?

There's 4 ways to get to the 2nd floor, each corner has a way to go up or down. One is the bathroom that needs to be broken by the killer in order to use though.

The exist doors are too close, its too easy for the killer, specially when only one survivor is still alive

Killer sided? Sure thing 🤣

Whole ######### game needs a rework but yes this map is terrible if you're not Nurse or Hag and even then then game will still find ways to screw you over.

Am I the only one who actually likes the new map?

I'd rather play on Hawkins then Midwich.
And I don't particularly like Hawkins at all.
At least I can tell where I am in Hawkins then "generic hallway #3" and "classroom #4"

I like the look and feel of it.
I hate playing it.

They decided to make a cool map, and then make it completely uncool by locking every way to traverse through it by a breakable wall.
Except for the gates being right next to each other, thats uncool. At least you cant see the switches from the middle though

I go afk on that map. I'm truly sorry to other players, especially how low the bp is when the killer goes afk, but that map actually causes headaches. I'm severely colorblind and with no filter built into the game, and the game reading NVIDIAs as a cheat program, I have little choice. The map is one large blend of color with several small objects, that are nearly rendered invisible due to the poor color contrast, that stick out and hinder movement. I often can't even see doors and windows. The layout does not help. There are few, if any, real landmarks to orient you. Every hallway looks alike.
I main Trapper, so I see my traps on the ground through the walls and floors. It gets so bad for me that I can't see how to get to a trap sometimes. I'll walk along the wall, and suddenly it says I can break a wall. I back up and cannot see it as a different block, it is all blended. By the end of a match, I can feel a migraine coming on.
As survivor, I cannot see windows, totems or obstacles/pallets. I run Detective's Hunch regularly, will get right in front of a totem, but can't see it due to the color-blending. I have to move slowly until I see the prompt come up. I started running Windows of Opportunity and noticed there were windows in areas I never knew about.
Just from a base design, this map is a real pain. It has twin areas that are nearly identical. It does not have an orienting feature. If you run from a gen, you will be hard-pressed to find it again, as survivor or killer.
So, my apologies if you have me as a killer, or a survivor and I'm afk. Not worth a migraine headache.

no I really like it, all of these people are just idiots who cant understand a simple unchanging layout that stays accurate to its source material of silent hill. I play both sides and I say it is very balanced and fun to play on and its easy to get around
