Judging by how they fixed this: "Midwich Elementary School: Fixed an issue that caused the Nurse to be able to Blink out of world.", but did not even bother fixing her various unblinkable areas on the map, I highly doubt it they did anything beneficial to killers this patch.

The "unblinkable areas" on Midwich are actually just places where obstacles are in the way. If you try to blink through the floor to an area and the blink location is on an obstacle, Nurse won't blink there--which means the classrooms are FILLED with unblinkable locations!
They're not fixing it because it isn't something to be fixed... 😛
