Griefing [CM response needed)
What exactly is griefing in your eyes?
Here is my examble:
I am using the Perk Diversion most likely to lead the killer away from me to my teammates. This perks needs a 45 seconds charge based on the Killers TR which isn't always 32 meters or a TR. Some killer instead have a lullaby which isn't a Terrorradius.
And I like it to throw notifications at my teammates. It makes fun bc I don't enjoy sitting 80 seconds+ (thana, dying light, pop, addons, whatever) just so my team dies no matter what. It's very boring and very frustrating. So I decided to use the pebble to have some funny moments where I use the pebble to avoid the killer and it's funny to me bc it works so well.
Diversion has it in its name "Diversion". There is someone on a gen, on a totem, healing. When I throw the pebble at him he's a bait. So the killer has a reason to do sth different. Like when I wantr to unhook someone, or if I am in a bad spot and I want the killer to leave my area. Or if I am left with one survivor whos doing nothing and I lead the killer to him so I can do a gen and he's also forced to do sth, chasing. Or I am left with another survivor and it comes to "who gets found first". Is it griefing that I increase my escape chances by throwing a hint at a teammate? Or is it like
"no you have to wait until the killer randomly founds one of you" because then: why? That doesn't makes any sense.
In general: I want to do sth and I am using the Pebble as a bait so that the killer is distracted. It's like distributing the tasks to my advantage. I am doing the unhook, exit, gen, escape, hex, whatever and my teammate distracts the killer.
And just for the record, if that is a bannable offense I have many many clips of fog whisperes sandbagging on purpose. And if a CM decides that my playstyle is a bannable offense (griefing) it's just fair that those fog whisperers deserves consequences. So is it griefing?

I don't think it's griefing, unless you're directly working with the killer to harrass survivors by farming them until sacrificed. While this isn't a bannable offense, I don't think it's right to always use it on your teammates. It can be fun sometimes, but it's not when your teammates are injured and healing in a corner or in a dead zone and you distract the killer by throwing a pebble at them.
