Is it possible to have a refund
I recently bought pyramid head i wonder if its possible to have a refund for him the perk he got are useless and the fact they remove the aura on the cage hurt him hard so im curious if its possible to get refund i know you can on some other game

No. I see plenty of people commenting about how they wait until the refund period is over before nerfing their killer.
I can't exactly say they're wrong. If the killer was that bad for the game's health, they wouldn't have kept him from the testing servers to live.
I'm a person who likes to have all the stuff so I guess to me it's not going to exactly cause me to stop buying the license characters entirely, maybe I might try to get a code out of a giveaway or something... But man, I wish if they really planned on nerfing stuff that they would just do it right off the bat. They let all these killers walk around playing like douches (Iridescent Head on Huntress has existed for how long now..?) and don't bat an eye, but they release a big licensed character who isn't even top tier, everyone complains that they can't use their DS and BT against him, and how he tunnels sooo hard compared to other killers (when he doesn't) and then they change this already mediocre killer.
That's just how game balance goes. You can't please everyone, and the company is bound to make some oopsies. Just wish their oopsies were a little more sensible.

Oh man cry me a river. Can't camp and tunnel easily with ph right? And now you want a refund so you can use that money to buy Leatherface and do facecamping with him or what? Grow up and learn the killer without scummy tactics. It's not that hard.

U cant even refund DLCs, only the base game (at least that's the case on steam)

I don't know if it started sooner but the earliest I saw a refund request was back when Ash came out. MoM was broken and I can't help but wonder if BHVR took their sweet time patching that perk so more people would buy Ash. Then after the patch and ALL of Ash's perk were crap people screamed for refunds. GL with that.

I remember that LOL, the outcry way insane here.
Luckily I saw that nerf already coming when his perks got leaked and since I'm not a fan of ash I did not took the bait to buy him for his perks.

Im not complaining about the cage relocation i think this is a great idea im complaining about the fact you lose the aura on the cage

Still, not a big deal unless you main playstyle is tunneling. Stop tunneling and play normally. Simple is that.

Its big, now im not sure were the cage is if he get uncage i dont know on which gen the 2 survivor are going and this can result in a lose

Its approximate across the other side of the map. That's enough information to plan your gen rotation. More information and it's just to easy to b line to the catch and tunnel asap

Nope its not if 2 gen are close but one is close and i go on the other gen i lost time going there after i rotate to the other gen it take 15 seconde before i make it that have enough time to finish the gen all that because i did not know the aura of the cage

Not true at all. Last week I bought the Stranger Things and Silent Hill DLCs, played less than two hours with each (it tells you in the support section when you ask for a Refund), and returned both DLCs for a full refund. And that was on Steam.
When Ghostface came out, I also refunded him last year. Didn't care for how his power played.

That's weird, because I've seen online people saying that you can under a certain playtime. Good correction to make though, I don't want to put out misinformation.

You shouldn't be buying characters or chapters in PvP games with the expectation there won't be balance changes afterwards. If you think being able to see cages was the most fundamental part of PH's power idk what to say to that really.

You can refund dlc, Ive done it before when I bought a dlc package for the wrong game (Endless Series with dlc package for multiple games)

Yes to both. The dlc I refunded right away though after purchasing. Never done a delayed dlc refund. I was more talking to you than the op as dlc is indeed refundable.

You can not. Try to read the Terms of Use at least once, its not that hard.

That's new to me, because last time I tried to refund a dlc they refused because I had already over 2 hrs playtime on the basegame. Maybe something changed? Idk

You can refund if you got less then 2 hours on the game after buying the dlc
you can also try to argue with steam regarding how they are selling you a product that isn't what was advertised
