What do you all think about the proposed Leatherface/Hillbilly Rework changes?
Seeing this place alight with discussion about the changes lets get a general poll of where everyone is at.
I personally think the changes are by in large good because while they create a restriction, it also creates more elements that can be used to play around that restriction. I.e. Leatherface chainsawing twice as long or Hillbilly running through pallets while in sprint.

Billy is fine as he is only his Addons need touching his base power is fair

See I always thought it was weird that part of billy's strategy was to walk up to a survivor and rev chainsaw at 99% for 8-30 seconds only to be juked to the right and miss. It made him seem kind of goofy in that sense which I think the cool down addresses.
