why don't medkits, flashlights, or toolboxes have an ultra rare equivalent?

since they added ultra rares for the cannibal and hillbilly it would seem like a good idea to go over these items, as strong as it sounds with the new light born buff perhaps we could get an ultra rare flashlight that can light burn any killer

    Because like....

New Lightborne isn't going to change the meta, you'll rarely see it, unfortunately.

Medkits with more charges and faster healing speed would be a bit too much. =/

Because then there could be 4 of them in a single game.

Because majority of the current very rare items for flashlights, toolboxes and med kits are already extremely good, and pink ones would be a bit over the top, while most ultra rare killer add ons aren't great.

Killer ultra rares aren't items. They are addons. Much like survivor ultra rares. They are addons, not items.

    This is the reason

Imagine a irri toolbox plus brand new part. That would be the fastest gen done

URs typically aren't direct upgrades, they're more like sidegrades (or trash). Most of them come with a downside or very specific activation methods. So I don't think they'd fit as items other than Rainbow Map, and Rainbow Map could honestly just be a Very Rare.

Because they already exist as add-ons, and at least for the syringe and BNP they work just fine on any quality of their respective items. Put one of those on and there's your ultra rare medkit or toolbox, complete with a unique "ability" that the items otherwise can't do.

The Odd Bulb is the odd one out, but it used to be insane back when instablinds were a thing. But flashlight addons could use a full rework honestly, making it so battery life isn't more or less the only stat people go for unless they want to stack bulbs would be interesting.
