Don't know about you but I am tired of killer nerfs every single update.
In basically every update BHVR nerfs a killer or at least completely destroy a perk that was fine, I am already tired of that, now they are going to nerf Billy, that weren't this powerful already and it's a killer that literally no one plays with. Why are you doing this bhvr? Why every single update you nerf a killer?

What? I don’t think a killer got nerfed in 4.0.0 and Bubba just got buffed with Billy’s nerf

I think its okay when some killers get nerfed and other get buffed, so meta is changing.
I'm not very glad with how Billy's (and Nurse's) reworks in particular didn't add anything into them and only lowered their skill ceiling, while also (as for Nurse, and probably for Billy as well) made them boring to use. Mechanics like blink charges or overheat don't add any depth to character, they don't allow to do more stuff, they only narrow things that can be done with their powers at peak perfomance and that makes me sad.
I'll certainly try billy before stating he got nurse's treatment, but from what I've seen, it all looks like he got butchered.

I'm fairly new to the game so I say this with some inexperience, especially less experienced than most people in these discussions but after playing both sides for a while I would call myself a killer main, that's at least where I have more fun.
In what is again my vastly shallow amount of experience playing this it kind of feels like killers are always not only outnumbered but kind of getting the daggers both in balance and just in general. 😁
Opposite decisive strike and flashlights and stuff, as well as certain maps that are just silly where survivors can completely disappear in a chase just by pressing circle because of dark tall grass (I haaaate the swamp place) It seems like if killers ever step up to the plate they immediately get hit by a pitch. I didn't even get around to trying pyramid head before they changed him up a bit.
And then there's like silly stuff too like I just watched a parody video that mentions this survivor's book for killers but even though it was a joke I was watching it like dude that's really really valid lol. I don't camp or tunnel (usually) because it's like good etiquette or whatever and I try to be a positive dude and meanwhile you know, we're getting tea bagged and survivors are hanging out or trolling, sending messages, and getting to go against 4 reds at rank 16.. I have a lot to learn but my first impression is certainly that I chose the minority / "bad guys" side of the coin. 🤷🏻♂️☠️

"and it's a killer that literally no one plays with."
Why do you care so much if almost nobody plays him?
To be honest, I don't think this will be as huge as everyone is making it out to be. But, we'll just have to wait and see. Until then it's all speculation.

The billy need is okay. The overheat was needed. your meant to cross map, not run a loop with a chainsaw revved up so you can eat someone's ass with it.
The penalty being increased is the problem. Why make it 5-6 seconds? Should be just as long as a pallet stun.

I still don't know how I feel about it.
I have 100 cakes on him just waiting for the change.
I honestly think it's because the Nurse neglect got me so numb to changes now.

Things need to be constantly adjusted. The way BHVR does it feels like it could dwindle the killer population little by little...

Funny how you said that but the last survivor buff was fixing vaults which shouldnt have been broken anyways it's been nothing but survivor nerds stop over exaggerating.

The last survivor nerf was because the ruin nerf was to hard on the killer amd they need to do something about the toolbox. Survivor queue skyrocket after that cause killer was not fun and if you count the map change as a nerf they only remove the infinite but the loop are still really good

What exactly are you trying to say? My point stands killers have been getting buffed patch after patch survivors still need minor buffs like addressing dead zones and flashlight addon rework.

Hmm.. as someone who plays both i disagree to a certain extent. I think there is more things to be addressed. For example hit boxes. I play on console. A lot of misses are things that should of hit, but doesnt do to their wonky hitboxes. Looping is still really good, at times i get looped by jungle gym decent, other times i loop jungle gym decently. My biggest concern is, for something that is a horror game, the survivors do not fear the killer at all.

What im saying is in the last year killer got nerf almost every patch and the perk the new killer bring are useless. While survivor got only 1 nerf and its on the toolbox but they gave them a new purpose for the hook in my opinion its strong in a swf. You can consider the map change a nerf because they remove the infinite but those loop are really strong you cant just use the same loop all game now.

That's last year not this year and still survivors have been getting nerfed every patch.

All patches killer nerfs? Are we playing the same game here?
You're a brave one. I got PH's perks on my Billy and then immediately used up the few cakes I got in the process. Between the FOV bug and the false saws. I'm comfortable saying that the bugs sealed the deal for me before the nerfs.

Survivor did not get nerf in a long time now. The toolbox got nerf for the gen but you can sabo a hook in 2 sec right there you have a compensation before that it was the instant heal last summer. They start the killer nerf train with nurse after the continue with freddy, oni, ph and now billy and i did not even mention the perk and i think legion got change in that but this killer get touch so much its hard to remember if its a nerf or buff XD. But all those killer nerf are from october or november to today i did count billy because the nerf is not on the live server yet and i did not count the perk they nerf from the ptb to the live server ex: hangman trick

Damn. I just started using him about 2 weeks ago.
The forums had good builds for me to use, but now this.
