What does everyone think about the Badham Preschool maps?
Honestly, every time I get this map as killer I know I'm in for a bad time. I feel like it's too big, a lot of the gens are in awkward spots where you have to actually walk up next to it to make sure there's no survivors there (wasting so much time), and by the time you check 2-3 gens, there's another 2 popping on the other side of the map.
I also feel like there's a lot of strong tiles. Between 2 houses and the preschool itself with the underground bit, and then shack, all 4 sections of the map have a strong Haddonfield-esque looping style that can be a nightmare for killers.
The main issue I find is the size. These maps are massive but feel like they should be small. Walking anywhere takes forever and I feel like while I am patrolling gens, the amount of time I am taking means another gen is gonna pop somewhere. However, when we talk about bad maps on this forum for either side, it seems a little uncommon for people to mention this map. It's usually Ormond or Haddonfield for killer players, and Hawkin's and The Game for survivors.
I would really like to hear what people think about the Preschool maps, from both sides.

I'm fine with them as either side.
Just find it boring that there's a Realm with the same main building 5 times.

I hate Badham, doesn't matter which side I'm on.

It's pretty great. If it weren't for the House of Pain I'd love it.
Probably one of the most balanced maps in the game IMO.

I really like them.
As survivor and killer.
As survivor, there are always pallets near by, safe and unsafe, good vaults.
As killer it's great for mind games, unsafe pallets and all that Jazz.

I love Badham as survivor and killer. Survivor friendly for sure and a good challenge for killers against good teams.

Badham is pretty okay for me as killer, but I HATE the fact that basically all of the indoor gens don't make any noise until you're basically right on top of them. That's an issue that should have been fixed a long time ago.

As a Nurse main it's meh. Sometimes you get a good configuration, sometimes you get absolutely terrible walls that block so much vision.

Pretty ######### map for killer, great map for survivor though, tons of mindless loops you can run without using a single brain cell, such as the pre school, the house with the basement and the shack. Depending on what variation you get sometimes these platform loops link into other ones it basically creates a safe haven to survivor until you commit to a chase waste loads of time and break said pallet to weaken the loop, yes WEAKEN not destroy because these loops are still very much usable even without the pallet. Doesn't help that there's so many variations either because it just gets added to the pool of random maps you have a chance to play.

It's one of my favourite maps (*in terrible mic voice*) as survivor.
Despite being a Doctor main, I really struggle on this map when I'm playing as Doctor. However, I do alright when I'm playing any other killer.

Terribly survivor-sided if you know what you're doing. Both houses can be run for a while before having to use the pallets. Same for the school. Some versions have absolutely ridiculous fence spawns you can abuse, one of which you can fast vault until entity blocker. Swing and a miss.

Loathe them.
SO MANY safe pallets. The school and the house of pain are both insanely strong to waste a lot of time, and the gens are in awful spots to check on. The maps are also pretty large.
What's worse is that the 5 different version really don't feel different at all, the only effect it has is being 5 times more likely than any other map to show up, and I never know where anything is. I sincerely hope they don't do more map 'reworks' like this one that just shuffle identical elements around and make remembering them suck. I'd prefer one map I know over 5 of the same map that are all confusing.

The normal one is fine.
All the alternatives are garbage.

I always feel like those maps are some of the most balanced in the game. Most pallet loops are mindgameable, and the maps don't seem that big to me. Sure it has a fair amount of safe pallets and good windows, but nothing too crazy. At least with viable killers the Badham maps are some of the most balanced maps in my opinion.

I find them alright, don't think I hate or love them.
However, I agree with @anarchy753 in that the maps just don't feel different enough. I would of rather had one or maybe two variations, but have the variations feel different from another to a greater degree. It doesn't help that they end up being one of my most played realms due to the amount of them, which has me burning out on the realm quicker. I wonder did the devs abandon the idea of having multiple versions of a map?

I really like it and think its the most balanced map in the game. Whatever philosophy they used in designing maps for this one they should do more.

Not a fan as killer. Hard to hear gens unless your right on them, (i wear good headphones also), a lot of windows/vaults, very dark and hard to see in areas(ps4), and plenty of safe/OP loops for survivors.
