Main menu have Pyramid Head selected and enter using D Pad Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, O, then Options you unlock a secret charm! Enjoy!!

Oh ok. On Xbox it was B, A so I just assumed it would be the same for PS with O, X
