The devs in a nutshell
Community: hey devs, we have problems with queue times, matchmaking is terrible, ranking system sucks, they are tons of bugs and 50% of the maps are either killer sided or survivor sided!
Devs: ok, well you think that maps suck due to balance? Then lets add a new map that both sides hate, so that there is no balance issue possible! Oh and maybe some overpriced cosmetics would help you forget all the issues!
Community: but devs, you do not get any new players! They all leave due to the tons of problems and matchmaking! Surely fixing that fixing that would bring more players, so more money!
Devs when at a meeting: ok, we are gonna add a new buggy system so that the community thinks that we care.
Devs to the community: we are working on it!
Community: *realizes that the game is even buggier then before with the last updates*.
Community: well, devs, can you actually invest, you know, a tiny bit more...
Devs: ok, since survivors seem frustrated, lets nerf a fun killer, the Hillybilly!
Killers: but even survivors did not complain about that!
Devs: Well...
Survivors like me: devs, why don't you fix actual problems like camping instead of nerfing a fun killer?
Devs: *I think we did a pretty good job so far*

LMFAO Uh, dude, have you NOT been reading loading screens? The Devs in a nutshell is clearly:
"You better not drop that pallet on me, Justin!"
"Where's Carl?"
"Rough day? Have some bubble tea."
"In theory, it should be working."
and

My conspiracy with the nerf is that they didn't have enough ideas for add-ons and, not wanting to make 2 meme BP addons like with nurse, they created a whole new mechanic to make add-ons for it.

Devs: <Takes an indy game and adds x4 the content, killers, maps, survivors, events.>
Community: but you didn't change XYZ to be the way iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii like it! Coding is so easy I heard, just put more resources to it DUH!!!!
Devs: we actively squash bugs while still making new content and cosmetics, those teams are actually separate.
